Classical Mat Pilates
Rooted in the traditional Pilates method, our classical mat classes focus on building core strength, control, and alignment through precise, intentional movement. Sessions occasionally incorporate props such as a Pilates ball, block, or magic ring to deepen the work — enhancing resistance, stability, and body awareness without straying from the classical principles.

Pre & Postnatal Mat Pilates
Designed specifically for pregnancy and postpartum recovery, these sessions offer a safe, supportive space to move and reconnect with your body. Each class is adapted to your stage — helping to maintain strength and mobility during pregnancy, and rebuild core function and confidence after birth.

About Me

Pilates found me at a point when I really needed it.
After years of struggling with back pain, I turned to Pilates and within a year it had transformed how I felt in my body. The pain that had held me back for so long began to ease — and what started as a solution became a practice I couldn’t imagine life without.


What surprised me most was how much it gave me beyond the physical. Pilates became my time — a space to slow down, reset, and take care of my mental health and overall wellbeing in a way I hadn’t prioritised before.


That’s exactly what I want Serene Pilates to be for you. Whether you’re coming with a specific goal or simply need an hour that’s entirely yours, I’m here to guide you through a practice that works for your body and your life.


I am a Level 3 qualified mat Pilates instructor with a specialist CPD in pre & postnatal Pilates — so whether you’re building strength, recovering, or somewhere in between, you’re in safe, knowledgeable hands.
